The shipment is very slow and the tracking didn't work. The quality is much inferior to what it looks like on the pictures and the size is way too small. The bags are all flat and soft. No atruture to keep them in shape and no interior linen either. All the zippers are half broken and the hooks and metals parts are so thin that you couldn't possible be able to carry any weight on those ags withou breaking the strings. Very unsatisfied with this products

Thinking of returning this handbag set of 4. Although it was a good price, what's the point of a good price if the product is not of quality. I have ordered many boots and shoes from you and they are all of superb quality. So I was surprised to buy a leather product from you of flimsy quality. Yes its leather but the zipper does not work properly and ready to break. The first time I tried the zipper it kept getting stuck and continues to do so. The handle is flimsy and will not hold much weight at all. All 4 pieces are made with very thin leather and will not withstand much continued use. Although it looks pretty good, that also does not matter if it cannot do its job. I believe in writing a review that is truthful or what is the point. To write a review that is honest without being nasty, or try to hurt any one's business or person is the best review someone can give. I still love shopping at Newchic and will continue to do so.
